Your personal journey to improve your mobility-strength is not a straight line. Mine surely was not. There were many times when the floor was too far away and I needed something to sit on so my knees wouldn’t hurt or something to grab onto to lift my body weight out of pain. There is a lot of breathing and shifting through uncomfortable. So be steady and easy on yourself.
