There is so much pain in bodies of people around the world today. Stiff backs and poor posture contribute to the lack of empathy and awareness. Our knees are tight, our waists too thick our minds to ridge to be flexible in our decision making. We are stuck in our ways. We need to collectively move better to do better.

Sitting is recognized today as an insidious problem in world health and is a contributing factor in the many top causes of pain, disease and reduced quality of life around the world. The constant and continuous use of the sitting position creates a stuckness in body, in our digestion, in our breathing, even in our mind since we are doing the same tasks from that position.

While sitting is useful for accomplishing tasks, too much sitting or sitting too long, becomes dangerous unless to counter activate the rest of your body. Your mind body needs to frequently experience a complete spectrum of specific movement for its highest operating mode to be achieved.

Science and technology may grant us a sense efficiency and order, but the wonders of the life are experienced through the perspectives of art, movement and rhythm. The world is constantly moving and changing, so to be in harmony, to create, to find peace, to grow, to be your best self...you must be a Good Mover in mind and body.

Good Movers experience a better world because they know life to include the following characteristics:

To experience the world the way a Good Mover does, you have to learn to do, see and think movement the way they do. The confidence and physique you see on a Good Mover is the residue remaining from their relationship with the movements they practice.

Good Movers may have different skill sets but they all practice moving use the same methodology, the Law of Mastery. The law of mastery transforms because it gives structure to first getting good at the different parts of something, and then learning how work all the parts together as a whole, to accomplish a bigger task.

This site was made to help you understand what being a Good Mover is, so you can plan your most efficient route. The rules and practices that lead to good moving are simple, clear and totally customizable to you.

Body is an instrument that you can learn to play. The foundation of being a good mover is understanding the ABC's and 123's of moving so you can apply them to yourself.
